Peter Pane - Burgergrill & Bar in Munich

I am very disappointed, we are ordering for the third time, unfortunately the delivery takes over 2 hours each time ..... never again! Our place of residence is only 4 to 5 km away ??

The burger delivered was made with poor quality meat. It was burnt, cold and flavourless. A real disappointment.

My son an me like this Peter Pane Leopoldstrasse . We use to go (in normal time) once a week now we continue to order our avocado burger

Nice place and burgers

Good food and service!

Well made burgers and cocktails. Friendly service, nice ambience in the restaurant ... In good weather, the outside terrace is also recommended

If you're lucky, you can get a table during the week without a reservation. The food is usually very quick and the desserts in particular are highly recommended! (First and foremost the warm chocolate cake with frozen yoghurt ?). The toilets are unfortunately very unclean and the service is also changeable.

Burgers, as well as the drinks were very tasty and super quick! The staff was friendly.

Pricey but good food

The service was awful. They bring our orders after more than 45 minutes, even after other tables that arrived later than us. The food was cold and when we told them they said that it was under the kitchen light so it couldn't be cold, like this light maintain the food warm for more than 5minutes. Since the food was cold we can't day it was good.

Unfortunately the waiters weren't really attentive. It took a long time to take the order and then to bring the drinks. You should bring some time. The burger was ok, nothing outstanding, but not bad either. The fries are already cold.

Great food, great ambience, we were even given a french fries, although there was an error in our order. So if that's not a great place for hospitality! Nice service staff and detailed work are very important here.

I would say it is just ok. Burger bread doesn’t taste fresh and neither do the burger patty’s. Pattys do not taste freshly made- like they are bought somewhere else. Meat quality is McDonald’s style- Onion rings were just ok and sweet potato fries and dips also just ok. Atmosphere is nice and we liked that the tables had a good distance from each other. The waitress was very friendly. At first they served the wrong burger but they immediately corrected their mistake. No value for money, I would not go there again- only if everything else is full and I don’t have somewhere else to go.

Burger pretty simple and dry. Ambience not so good. Pretty cool through the open door.

The meat quality was slightly better than McDonalds. Bacon was almost raw. Service took too long, even though venue was almost empty. Sweet potato fries not well cooked. Wouldn’t recommend.

Bad service, miserable and still expensive burgers. Seems to be an attempted copy of other burger places in Munich, but the only thing they've managed to properly do was having the high prices.

The server was very polite and helpful. Burger was the best we had so far in Munich. Please try their Chilli Cheese Fries, it was delicious

The service staff is friendly and the burgers are okay. A little more seasoning in the meat would be nice. Unfortunately, data protection is anything but well implemented! The service brings an A4 folder to the table with a tabular sheet for about 30 entries! All the data entered by the guests in front of us, including telephone numbers, were visible! We were also left alone with the folder for 3-4 minutes. Lots of time for data thieves! Please rethink this approach!

There were 2 of us here in the early afternoon. The food, drink, selection and staff were great. The food was delivered super quickly. Really great taste. Two self-made iced teas were drunk, these too delicious and refreshing. In terms of price everything was ok, normal price for everything. We can only recommend it.

After we got the cards relatively quickly, the waiter apparently decided never to show up again. Anyway, after 20 minutes he still wasn't there. And that although there was practically nothing going on in the shop. Well, unlucky, we went over to Hans im Glück, where we were served quickly and in a friendly manner. This is how we will continue to do it in the future.

The food came quickly and was delicious. Instead of sweet potato fries, normal fries were brought but they were quickly exchanged. However, the service could have been a bit more friendly and didn't have to push us to order, as there were plenty of free spaces: She came twice within 3 minutes to take the order, although she saw that we hadn't even opened the menu. .. Regarding wearing a mouth and nose covering, she should learn a bit from her colleagues: every time I saw her, both nose and mouth were completely visible. I understand that having to wear this all day sucks, but if you don't want to, then don't work with clients. Even when she was approached by a guest at the next table, she pulled up the mask without comment, but it slipped down again ...

Leo served us perfectly. But the food is also excellent. I can't understand the bad reviews from the store. The other staff are also very polite and serve well.

I do not understand the often negative rating here. No matter how many times I went here to eat with my family, I really couldn't complain. The waitresses are ALWAYS courteous, polite and brisk. In my opinion it is always very busy and could therefore use more waitresses. The service is really stressful, so it is definitely worthwhile to employ more people at the same time. The food and especially the rich selection of delicious drinks is phenomenal for me. I am always very happy. Thanks to the whole team!

I really enjoy going to Peter Pane again and again! The shop is super clean and the atmosphere is always great. The waiters are often in such a good mood that you would like to start working there yourself. Food is delicious and you always get full. The bar staff are also extremely personable. I really recommend this shop.

Food perfectly fine. Unfortunately, drinks or food were always forgotten. Unfortunately, staff do not always wear a mask. No toilet paper, even on request, we wait 20 minutes. A waitress seems drunk, especially in the late evening all waitresses sit outside drinking and eating, no more service. Food good, service, unfortunately, really catastrophe not recommended!

Low quality meat

Excellent selection of food and drinks. I like it. Condition very casually dressed (usually only recognizable by the wallet and order cell phone), friendly, mostly very nimble. Interesting facility. Reminds everything slightly of "Hans im Glück" - only without birch trees and in my opinion with a menu / drinks menu with more choice.

It has never happened to me here that a dish came cold on the table. The selection of drinks also leaves nothing to be desired, the seating is extremely comfortable and I find the distance between the seats particularly appropriate. There you don't get the faintest feeling of eating fish in a can. Certainly not only the nice staff was the absolute bestseller when we visited, but also the good atmosphere. I haven't been so impressed by a restaurant in a long time.

This happens first time in my life. So many people waiting for a table about 1 hour and then other 30 minutes to order and then 1 hour to bring them the food. Congratulations for the great services you offer to the people!

Probably my favourite burger place in Munich. This place is quite similar to Hans im Glück, many things are reminiscent: The sauces, the lemonades, the meal deals... With that said, they also bring some really good things to the table. Whilst the atmosphere is also similar and the burgers share some commonalities, they have a fresh and different touch. If you like Hans im Glück but you got tired of having the same burgers after a few visits, Peter Pane is the perfect option. The prices are also cheaper in general. Now talking about the food, the variety is great, the ingredients and modifications you can make to your burger are abundant. The ingredients are also fresh. I’ve read some complaints about the meat not being “fresh” but being frozen. I can’t really tell, and whilst the shape of the patty seems like it was done by a machine, the flavour of the meat was on point. The sauces and the deserts are also great. A final recommendation, I wouldn’t order food here for home delivery through Lieferando, some friends have shared pretty bad experiences. However, going to this place and enjoying the atmosphere is definitely recommended. There is also a pretty nice terrace with plenty of space.

The patty is clearly frozen, the whole burger wasn't warm enough, so the cheese wasn't molten, and the service is not very efficient. A burger for 10 euros is not worth the price if compared to other burger places in Munich.

We ordered our food two hours ago and we are still waiting! Avoid this place!

Lovely place, delicious food.???

Price is ok and the food quality is good, but the service is horrible( too few staff). I have visited this place twice. First time we waited about hour and a half for our food. We thought it was a one time thing and maybe they had one of those days. So we went again. Same thing happened but this the staff was also unfriendly.

The burgers are really good. Cocktails are also really nice. Great venue for a casual evening.

Amazing place, the service was excellent, the stuff was delightful (especially the tall blonde one, so friendly and excellent English), the food was very good and the prizes were decent 10/10

Delicious Hamburger!

Burger is alright, nothing outstanding. It get three stars because the price is a bit too much for its product.

I really appreciate the dinner here. The service is amazing, nice and friendly staff. I recommend this place for an hamburger and a beer.

Great food and great service ?

Great location. I was there with friends 10 days ago. Awful, slow service. Hopeless staff splashed me all over. No apology and waited over 25 minutes and wasn't even that busy. Hopeless

We waiting the waiter more than 15 minutes, after that the meal has not come more than one hour. It was pretty cold inside. Do not recommend.

Waiting 30 minuts to order the meal, then more than 1 hour to get the meal, and the bar is almost empty.Heating is not working. No thanks. Avoid it.

Basically a Hans-im-Gluck in a different form this burger restauraunt is conveniently located on the Leopoldstr. Nice interior and a big selection of burgers. When we were there the staff was overwhelmed and it took a long time before we could order. After that everything was fine.

9 months ago I visited the restaurant, it was great 5/5 stars , burgers were lovely. today I had a very bad experience, burgers were served cold and tasted like they have been bought in the supermarket. Sorry but even McDonald's is a better choice. Atmosphere and design 5/5 great. Service is fast and pleasant.
